This religious based nonprofit has been helping to bring poor children of the world out of poverty through a global supporter network since 1952. They currently support over 1.5 million children in their program and have a goal that will bring that number to 4 million by 2020. In order to do that they needed to upgrade their infrastructure to support the outreach and support effort growth. While they brought in Deloitte to design their new global platform, they brought us in to help design their supporter communication infrastructure to work in conjunction with their implementation of Salesforce and other existing systems. This currently includes about 18 million pieces of design rich variable data correspondence. In order to reach their new goals, their new system is being designed to support a 4X increase in effort. Automation is the key to making this happen. In addition, there is a need to scale and enhance their existing systems. We worked with them and their vendors to scope and implement these new solutions.
